The Meadowlands HOA Mailbox Guidelines

Mailboxes serving each home in the neighborhood shall be constructed by the Owner as required by the Developer and shall be replaced, if necessary, with a mailbox identical in all respects to that originally provided or approved. All mailbox posts shall be wooden. Plastic or thermoformed mailbox posts and mailboxes shall not be permitted.

If your mailbox was damaged by a city snow plow, click here to report it to the city. The Streets Division does not repair or replace damaged mailboxes or support posts. The City will provide a reimbursement of up to $75 if the damaged mailbox meets criteria.
